1. Consent must be obtained from the church/venue officials permitting filming to take place.
2. All music, photographs and other material required for inclusion in the video must be supplied 8 weeks prior to the wedding day in order to speed up the editing process (this does not apply to late booking).
3. All prices are subject to alterations; however this does not apply to customers who have booked and agreed the cost of their wedding package.
4. As the official wedding videographer, please ensure Summer Isle Weddings have priority filming as very keen guests making personal recording may cause distraction and obscure key shots.
5. All wedding DVDs will be archived and available for up to 1 year.
6. Summer Isle Weddings endeavour to produce a high standard wedding video. All equipment is checked and cleaned and in the event of mechanical or human error Summer Isle Weddings will only be liable for a reduction in cost or if more serious error refund of all monies to customer (please note there is always a back up camera available at all weddings Summer Isle Weddings attend, so this is a very unlikely occurrence of mechanical breakdown to both cameras).
7. A £100 deposit is required when formally booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
8. Payment of 25% of the balance is required 3 months prior to the wedding date, with the final balance required at least 14 days prior to the wedding date.

10. Please be aware you have 14 days to notify Summer Isle Weddings of any typing or production errors made on your finished wedding DVD.
11. Your wedding video production may take between 1 to 4 months to complete depending on the busy wedding season.
12. Please make arrangements with the wedding venue to supply a light snack and refreshments for the videographer(s) attending your wedding.
